Booking and cancellation policy


Deposit for booking is 20% and is non refundable unless Delighters has to cancel due to sudden illness.

In the event of a cancellation on Client’s behalf:

(a) written notification of cancellation is sent by Client not later than 14 days prior to the Engagement, or within 7 days of the date of issue of the contract, no fee shall be due, unless material costs were agreed and spent.
(b) written notification is sent by Client between 13 and 1 day(s) prior to the Engagement, 50% of fee will become payable.
(c) written notification is sent by Client less than 24 hours prior to the Engagement, 100% fee will become payable, less travel expenses.
(d) Postponing / rescheduling the event: If the event is postponed within 6 months the original fee becomes applicable with 20% of the performance fee paid as deposit. If the event is to take place after 6 months of the original date we treat it as a cancellation and a new event, and fees should be discussed accordingly.

Force majeure is excluded.
